WELKINLAND's journey began in my hometown, driven by a mission to provide employment opportunities for the wives and mothers whose husbands worked away from home. These women, who were left to care for their families, including elders and children, found a crucial source of income in WELKINLAND. This initiative, born out of the same care and responsibility my father instilled in me, is a source of immense pride.

My father was a tailor in our small, remote village of "Kinland" in the 1980s. He was extremely patient and meticulous, ensuring every detail was as good as possible. I was inspired by my friend, Peter, a Dutch businessman, who shared his journey from working at Philips to taking over his family's long-standing business with his father. This made me realize the importance of carrying forward my father's legacy.

WELKINLAND's unique identity is rooted in my father's commitment to durability. We meticulously design, sew, and test our products to ensure quality and reliability, helping families save money in the long run. Reading the reviews from my customers is a highlight of my day. In the 1980s, my father was a tailor in our small county, Guangze, in Fujian Province. After so many years, I can still remember all his moves and words. He told me he had to be extremely patient and make every detail as good as possible. His friends (the people in the village) would save an entire year's earnings for their family's garments, paying for the clothes once a year and only starting to wear them for the Spring Festival. My father wanted the children to have the sweetest smiles on their faces when they put on the clothes on the Spring Festival eve. "I should take excellent care of it," he said, smiling at me. "Otherwise, the kids will kick me." I believe this is the seed that makes WELKINLAND Packs and me – manufacturing durable bags with heart and responsibility, making all our friends and customers happy and safe.
